2 cans chickpeas
5 oz drained oil packed sun dried tomatoes
1/2 tsp chili powder
3 T olive oil
1 T tomato paste
1 T apple cider vinegar
preheat oven to 350 F
put chickpeas in large bowl
put everything else in a food processor and blend until a paste forms. mix well with the chickpeas.
spread out on a large baking sheet in a thin layer.
bake 20-25 min, until firm but not crunchy
makes a nice addition to a salad, on toast, or just enjoy it as is!
