As a Wellness Coach, I am here to SUPPORT you on your journey in leading a happier, more balanced life. Together we make small sustainable and gradual changes that positively impact your well-being.

Similar to how a sport coach helps an athlete increase performance, a health and wellness coach can help improve your life in areas such as:

We co-create a customized wellness plan, based solely on your needs, taking into account YOUR physical, emotional and lifestyle factors. In our sessions we talk, set goals & find solutions.

In addition, I offer a variety of optional, support modalities to incorporate in our sessions including; private yoga, breathing practices, mindfulness techniques and cooking classes, all of which can be added into our sessions, depending on what your interests and needs are.
